Sustainable vine-growing
 at Domaine du Breuil

The Gamay grape, typical of Beaujolais, is grown in my area according to the methods of sustainable viticulture. Terra Vitis, key player in sustainable viticulture, organizes events with groups of growers in  french wine regions.

The specifications of Terra Vitis deals with respect for the environment, control of health risks, health and safety. The requirements are:

• Allow farmers and their employees to access to information and training necessary for the culture of the vine.
• The implementation of a system for recording and monitoring of transactions and products used need to crops and animals.
