The Beaujolais Villages Nouveau 2015 produced by Domaine du Breuil is grown on sandy soils, which gives a fruity and supple wine reaching full maturity for the third Thursday of November.
The Beaujolais Villages Nouveau 2015 has a cherry red color. The nose has subtle aromas of red fruit, raspberries and cherries. On the palate the tannins are soft and fresh.
The Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau is harvested by hand unlike most of New Beaujolais. As a result, the grapes can be sorted by the pickers to improve quality while a machine can not do.
You can order your Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau from November 2. It will be delivered after the official release to be held November 19 , 2015.
