Winter pruning at Domaine du Breuil

 


 During the winter, the vine is at rest. It's time to cut it.


The winter pruning is to reduce the number of buds and thus to have a quality harvest.
 

Cut the vine is highly regulated by the INAO : On each vine, we must allow 10 fruit buds and only two buds renewal.
