The foutaine of wine from Domaine du Breuil provide efficient protection of wine for 2 ou 3 months once opened.
You can serve 50 glasses of wine with a foutain of 5 liters.
The Beaujolais-Villages is an harmonious wine with a deep red color and with aromas of cherries and cassis. 2013 offers a high quality wine, even exeptional. A such result has not been obtained since 1947. I suggest you to keep this vintage a few years. It will only get better !
Keeping and suggestions :
- Serve between 15° and 16°C
- Simple and easy wine
- Serve this wine throughout the meal from entry to cheese, or more exotic with a salty-sweet dish (tajine)
The Gamay is a typical grape of Beaujolais produced according to the specifications of Terra Vitis called "production raisonnée".
